Let's begin our project!

With the European partnership, our e-Twinning project named 'The world is Ours' started in February with the participation of 16 teachers and nearly 100 students between the ages of 14-19.The aim of our project is to draw attention  to global warming,climate change and the negative effects of these elements on nature and to raise awareness about this issue .While the project plan is  continuing,all the teachers and students involved in the project work in cooperation and organize various activities.

In the February plan of our project,our students preparad videos of their schools bu using Web 2.0 tools and they had the opportunity to get to know other student members by introducing themselves through Twinspace.They made their own designs by using Web 2.0 tools to create the logo,the poster and the slogan of our project and as a result of the voting the logo of İlker Eren Çevik Anatolian High School,the poster of Bağcılar Yavuz Sultan Selim Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and the slogan of Yahya Akel Science School received the most votes.

The quiz included in the February activities of our project was prepared by F. Şebnem Öztürk by using the Web 2.0 tool 'kahoot' and the game was played simultaneously with the partner schools. 

Project members informed their friends with the presentations titled 'What is global warming?Its causes and results'

During this month,'Safer Internet Day' and 'Global Warming' school boards have been created by our students and teachers.

Our project will continue in March with enjoyable,dynamic and educational activities.
